WASHINGTON AND LEE UNIVERSITY –LEXINGTON, VA
The Department of Classics at Washington & Lee University invites applications for a tenure track position at the rank of assistant professor. We are looking for candidates with a special interest in Latin literature and/or material culture. The successful candidate must be able to teach the Latin language at all levels as well as courses in classical civilization. Candidates should have their Ph.D. in hand by June, and show evidence of excellence in teaching.
