WASHINGTON AND LEE UNIVERSITY – LEXINGTON, VA
The Department of Classics at Washington & Lee University invites applications for a new tenure track position at the rank of assistant professor. The successful candidate must be able to teach Greek and Latin at all levels, as well as courses in classical civilization. Preference will be given to those whose research interests lie primarily in Hellenic studies. Candidates should have their Ph.D. in hand by June, and show evidence of excellence in teaching and scholarly promise.
