Ancient Greek and/or Roman History. Fixed term, non-tenure system, nine-month appointment. Michigan State University's Department of History seeks a historian with research and teaching expertise in ancient Greek and/or Roman History. The successful candidate will teach two courses per semester: the courses taught will include a survey of Mediterranean History, Greek History, and Roman History. A PhD at the time of employment is required. Salary is competitive. Nine-month appointment will begin on August 16, 2015.
