The Department of Classical Studies at Wellesley College invites applications for a one-year visiting lecturer position for the academic year 2015-16. The position is .8 FTE (Full Time Equivalent), with a salary of $44,000 if the PhD is completed by Oct. 1, 2015. The ideal candidate will have completed the PhD by that date and will have successful experience teaching Greek and Latin. Teaching program of four courses (total) would probably include Greek courses at all levels and one beginning Latin course.
