Washington University in St. Louis invites applications for two one-year lecturers in Classics for the 2015-2016 academic year. Successful candidates must have a PhD in hand by July 1, 2015 and must be prepared to teach courses in Greek and Latin at all levels and courses in translation, including Latin and Greek in Current English and Women and Slaves in the Greco-Roman World. Duties will include teaching three courses per semester and some departmental service. Applicants should submit a cover letter and a curriculum vitae including the names and addresses of three references by April 30, 2015.
