The Department of Classical & Modern Languages & Literatures at Texas Tech University invites applications for two Visiting Assistant Professor positions in Classics for academic year 2016-17 (1 year).
Candidates should be experienced and dynamic teachers with a demonstrated interest in digital pedagogy; the research area is open. Teaching duties (3 courses per semester) will be comprised primarily of Latin and Greek Language at all undergraduate levels as well as courses in translation. In addition, the position will entail assisting the supervisor of the language program (especially in developing online components for Beginning Greek and Latin) and assisting the Undergraduate advisor in maintaining and building the BA program.
