November 11 is the deadline for early registration for the Toronto meeting. Register early in order to get reduced registration rates. You can register online here.
November 11 is also the deadline for applications from students who would like to volunteer at the Toronto meeting. See our call for volunteers.

Departments that would like to submit proposals to host the Material Culture Seminar in summer 2018 should do so by November 30. See the RFP here.
The deadline for applications for Minority Scholarships is 5pm (eastern) on December 16.
Finally, it is not too early to start thinking about the 2018 Annual Meeting in Boston. Do check out our 2018 Annual Meeting page and see the numerous calls for abstracts for Organizer-Refereed Panels, Affiliated Group panels, and CAMP. Deadlines fall in early 2017.
