In August, the Society will announce the call for applications for the 2017-18 TLL Fellowship. For many years, the fellowship application has been open both to scholars with PhD in hand at the time of application and graduate students who are still ABD at the time of application. This Fall, for the first time, all applicants for the TLL Fellowship will be required to have completed all PhD requirements by the time of their application for the fellowship. The fellowship is funded by a generous grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) and the new eligibility requirements are the result of NEH's regulations. The Society will disseminate more details in August.
