The Department of Classical Studies at Indiana University, Bloomington, invites applications for its full-time Schrader Visiting Assistant Professorship in Classical Archaeology for the academic year 2019/20. We seek an individual with expertise in Roman Art and Archaeology. The successful candidate will teach two undergraduate courses each semester, one of which will be Classical Mythology (a large lecture course), the other a course in Roman Art and Archaeology. This position carries an annual salary of $60,000 and a $2,000 research budget. Candidates must hold a Ph.D.
