The Department of Greek and Latin at The Catholic University of America has obtained administrative approval to invite applications for a full-time, tenure-track appointment at the rank of assistant professor, to begin in August 2006. Applicants should expect to have the Ph.D. degree in hand by the time of the appointment and show promise in research and teaching. The Department will conduct interviews at the A.P.A. meeting in Montreal in January 2006.
